13 &14

I forgot to blog on Saturday and Sunday, so here is the update On Saturday we did a final clean up for my Brother-in-law's family when they get back from Utah. We moved everything, cleaned the carpets, and did dishes, and took care of the baby all day. We were so tired and it was so late that I decided this clean up job counted as sufficient workout. We also spent the night because my baby was already asleep and we were bushed. Sunday I never workout more than basic house cleaning, but I decided that this week was too full of junk food because unfortunately I have not lost any weight. Therefore I have concluded that I need to pay more attention to my dieting. You can't outrun a bad diet! Here we go week 3!
