Day 11

Today is Thursday. Pretty much my favorite day besides Friday because it's the day before Friday. I got another F on nutrition because I ate very fatty chicken wings. Not fatty because they are wings instead of something healthier. I felt like I was biting into BBQ FAT! So I am devoting my lovely weekend to fruits and veggies and I promise to hold to it like I have been to running at least for a few days. What good is running if you just eat fat? Also I did not go running today, but I did do 15 min of some pretty hard cardiovascular-ity on my carpet. I know it sounds like I am losing hold on my journey to do 3 months of solid running. Therefore I rededicate myself to that endeavor as well. I will not give up!!1 lb fat
